We use furniture removalists to guarantee your door is delivered safely and undamaged. We no longer use the 'pallet & fork lift' system like other door companies, to minimise damage risk, lower costs and no longer leaves you with rubbish and pallets to dispose of at your own cost. Our doors are hand delivered to your door!

Thats fine! We can still deliver to you-however, please make sure you select the RUAL delivery option at checkout to provide accurate shipping costs.

HANDLES & LOCKS 

All handle and lock orders are packed & shipped within 2 business days- these are shipped separately to any door orders and will be sent with their own tracking number.

DOORS

Most doors are shipped within 2-4 business days and can have lead times from 1-4 weeks to arrive depending on your location.

Custom Made to Order doors: These include fibreglass, aluminium & some timber doors and can take approximately 4-8 weeks to process.

*If your order is not readily available, we will contact you with lead times & alternative options.

Unfortunately, there may be rare cases where damage in transit has occured despite all efforts and care taken. If this is the case, please refer to our Terms and Warranty Policy for conditions and steps needed to be taken to resolve the issue.

Areas we class as rural are them locations outside the main highways route which require diversions 

These include; Towns below and surrounding areas off major highways
